This week we discovered snails have a nervous system through their body and many scientists think that their reaction to certain stimuli have proven that they experience pain. Perfect weather this week for a mini beast hunt. The children found snails, ladybirds, woodlouse, spiders and two very big crickets. Back at Pre-school the children hammered golf tees into playdough, built number towers, made ‘lunch’ in the home corner, and made a water slide ball pit.
