Just in case you are wondering why your child comes home covered in dirt, here is the reason. All week the children have been mixing soil and water to make “concrete.” Baking mud pies in our outdoor kitchen. Compacting and throwing mud bombs. Feeling different textures in nature.
Thank you to everyone who donated bags of clothes for our collection. The children had a great time shifting the bags out to the van driver.
For the Great Scarecrow Competition at Chesil Bank Country Fayre on 16th August Prim and the children have started the process. Stuffing the body, and painting accessories.
In the garden children have enjoyed ‘washing up’ and building models of out duplo.
