Drive in and open air theatre

There was so much going on in the garden this week. The children were busy washing cars, handing out food and drink to the audience waiting for the show to start, and putting on a show.

The discovery of a slow worm held the children’s fascination for a long time as they watched excitedly as it slithered around.

As well as painting in the garden the children decided to paint the ‘ice cream shop’ at the allotments, before selling their wares. Once the shop had closed, bug hunting viewers and magnifying glasses were used to look for insects, and nature art frames were used to create some wonderful images.
