Counting, sorting and stacking, the children enjoyed these open ended wooden figures. Perfect for imaginative play, small world play and developing their fine motor skills and mathematical reasoning.
Using spoons the children enjoyed catching the floating petals and spooning into dishes.
Children also enjoyed stacking cups into a tower, providing opportunities to learn to recognise the different colours and sizes and develop their sensory skills as they build and play.
Other activities included a trip to the park, tea party celebrations for the Coronation, making mud pies, sewing wild flower seeds, making dens and messy play spaghetti.
